We, at Tidy Space Products are proud of our products and stand behind them all the way. When you purchase Tidy Space Products, register for your warranty within 30 days of purchase.

What Does This Warranty Cover?

You, as the original registered owner, get warranty service against defects in materials and workmanship, for the lifetime of the product. We guarantee that all Tidy Space Products will perform as represented, and we will, if the facts are reported to us, repair or replace a naturally damaged product without charge and free of shipping to the original owner.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover?

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

Accident
Improper care or use
Negligence
Normal wear and tear or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.

What Will We Do to Correct Problems?

We may request that you return the product, and if so, all shipping must be prepaid, which you may choose to insure. We cannot be liable for lost inbound packages. California State law requires that products accepted for evaluation be clean and clear of all liquids or substances.

If we, in our discretion, determine from the written correspondence and/or from the actual returned product that the product failed to conform to the warranty, then we will either repair or replace it at our option. If a warranted product is no longer sold by us, we may replace it with the closest, similar product of equal or lesser value.
